1. Capable and committed colleagues
Our strongest asset is our people. That’s why we invest resources into the development of their skills, knowledge, and experience.
Our colleagues are constantly upskilled. As a result, they can work on more complex tasks and projects. On average, every fifth colleague changes their job internally.
Since 2020, we have adapted to hybrid ways of working. Our people decide whether they want to work from the office or home. Currently, we are working on creating a new setup of office environment that motivates people, enhances cooperation and teamwork, and supports our engagement and satisfaction.
2. Easy to shop
We have a direct impact on our customers’ experience. Our colleagues from CoE Brno are directly involved in projects that improve the shopping journey for our customers.
Whether it is by implementing new features to our online shops, setting up robotic process improvements, or transforming the way we operate along Lean principles.
3. Customers for life
We want to have a steady, long-term relationship with our customers. In order to do that, we need to know what they want, and how their needs and habits change.
To make the right decisions for our customers, we need the right data. That’s why our teams prepare robust financial reports, analyses, and impeccable business intelligence reports.
