As a major retailer, we sell huge amount of goods. Although we receive the majority of payments without any issues, there will always be at least a few of them that don´t arrive in time. And, naturally, we have to follow up on that. Was it sent incorrectly? Does the customer just need a reminder? In the Collections team, we deal with just that – and don’t worry, we’ll teach you how it´s done :).

What will you do? You will:

 You’ll be responsible for the day to day collection of all outstanding debt, ensuring that the customer pays to agreed terms
 You’ll be performing registering and matching payments, control of balances in accounting system and in the bank, cash matching, invoicing
 You’ll be sending reminders if payments didn’t come in time

What can you learn in our team?
A lot! Depending on what you´re interested in and your current level of finance knowledge, of course. You’ll be also surrounded by English, so you don’t have to worry about your language skills becoming rusty, quite the contrary.
