As a lead of the department your mission will be to create a comprehensive end to end transformation program with a vision to achieve World Class performance, that enables competitive business advantage. You will help to improve our governance, performance, data & analytics. With advantage of digital capabilities, you will simplify and standardise policies and processes

What will you do? You will:

  • Initially be responsible for process optimization and continuous improvement for UK&I Finance in Brno, expanding to other functions over time.
  • Initiate, obtain approval for and execute end to end process optimization and transformation including liaison with UK based stakeholders
  • Taking strong ownership of entrusted field, given the competencies, visibility and tools to achieve the goals
  • Contribute to a wider continuous improvement culture within the CoE, having tight cooperation with functions,
  • Create framework for governance of change and improvement
  • Provide business process solutions within both small and large scale projects
  • Manage relationships across all cross-functional areas
  • Become the partner for IT/technology related projects
  • Dealing and negotiating with 3rd parties providing technology solutions

  • Strong processes understanding, overall finance understanding is a big advantage
  • Capable in thinking end to end, going out from silo logic, cooperating with external advisory in smart simplicity and investigating
  • Program management skills mainly in the area of consolidation, process optimization
  • Program management skills in migration and in ERP projects is an advantage
  • Experienced in leading complex, innovative, integrated, long-term projects
  • Experience with driving sales excellence
  • Business process analyst/process owner background
  • Business analytical capabilities
  • Interest and passion for technologies which support achieving results in highly technology-oriented environment
  • Good business sense
  • Strong communicator with ability to convince key stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate value of the projects and financial benefits
  • Strongly developed collaboration skills
  • Constant improvement and standardisation focused
  • Motivation to influence the consolidation, standardisation and automation strategy in the company
  • Able to translate business needs to process design
  • Sees the opportunity gaps in the system
  • Able to optimize, automate the process or its parts through technology
