About Store Mode application:
The Store Mode application is an assisted selling web application used by our colleagues in stores to help customers in their purchase. It offers a quick and easy access to search for interesting products, displays various product details and can guide customers through their purchase. Our colleagues give us very positive feedback about the application as it improves the interaction with customers.
The Store Mode application is being developed since 2017. We've put together React (including Hooks!), Node.js and created a very handy application for assisted selling. There is a back-office to help us enable various features per stores and complete payment transactions.
