The role plays a pivotal role in the UK&I Finance Department by planning, coordinating and completing department projects with high-standard results, within scope and agreed timelines. As a project manager you will live and breathe the vision of transforming the department into a world-class RtR function, where continuous improvement culture drives the employee engagement and business development.

What will you do? You will:

  • Oversee the departments scope of service delivery, change and process improvement management
  • Supports the translation of the prioritised projects into a roadmap through working closely with process and business owners and other key stakeholders
  • Act to improve end to end process and controls by identifying opportunities for automation, rationalizing, eliminating, and reporting.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of a process change portfolio that supports the business to realise its strategic ambitions through developing the required capabilities
  • Support the establishment and sustainability of an appropriate governance for process and technology projects, to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across all business change activities to enable successful delivery of outcomes
  • Engage in additional projects & system developments as agreed
  • Manage an effective communication of the process, roadmap, portfolio of change, and progress in delivering to stakeholders
