You will be looking after the core HR system for our UK&I business and be responsible for the operational functionality of the system with more than 25,000 internal users.
Besides the day to day support and maintenance of the system, you will also play a key role in further development and work on various projects to improve and enhance the functionality.
We are looking for someone that wants to understand how things work behind the scenes, has an eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
You should have a passion for technology and the drive to learn and become an expert in our area.
Balancing several tasks priorities simultaneously is key.

What will you do? You will:

▪ Be responsible for the operational functionality of the HR systems.
▪ Manage user system access and permissions.
▪ Perform day to day maintenance of the system and support integrations into other systems.
▪ Support our colleagues and business users with system issues and questions via tickets.
▪ Assist the implementation of new system functionality and processes.
▪ Raise own initiatives to develop an enhance the features.
▪ Support the delivery of small and big projects from a subject matter expert point of view.
▪ Assist with the implementation of new modules or systems.
▪ Work with other teams to resolve issue.
▪ Prepare and schedule regular or ad-hoc reports.
▪ Manage and update our internal admin documentation.
▪ Learn every day something new.

▪ Advanced English – written and spoken.
▪ Good communication and presentation skills.
▪ You are a team player so other team members can rely on you when necessary.
▪ You need to be able to organize your daily work and meet the deadlines.
▪ Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment with a “can do” attitude.
▪ Analytical skills and eye for detail.
▪ Experience with system management or administration is an advantage.
▪ Experience with HR processes is an advantage.
▪ Interest into technology and drive to learn new things is key.
▪ Willingness to travel abroad.
